1. Our intellectual property

The Zweka name, logos, software, design system and original content are owned by Zweka Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit them except as needed to use the Platform.

2. Your content

  • You retain ownership of photos and text you upload.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt (e.g. image derivatives), and display that content to operate and promote the Platform.
  • You warrant you have rights to the content and that it does not infringe others.

3. Copyright / IP complaints

Send a notice to legal@zweka.ng including:

  • Your contact details
  • Description of the work and the allegedly infringing URL/listing
  • A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorised
  • A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act
  • Physical or electronic signature

We may remove or disable access to content and notify the user who posted it.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, email a counter-notice with identification of the content, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief, consent to Nigerian courts’ jurisdiction, and your signature. We may restore content when appropriate.

5. Using the Zweka brand

You may not use our marks in a way that suggests partnership without written permission. Fair referencing of Zweka as the venue of a listing is allowed.
