What you may not list or do on Zweka. Breaches can lead to removal, holds, or bans.

1. Core rules
- Follow Nigerian law and these Policies.
- Be honest in listings, bids, offers and chat.
- Do not attempt to bypass fees, verification, or escrow protections.
2. Prohibited and restricted goods
You may not list (among others):
- Illegal drugs, counterfeit currency, stolen property
- Weapons and ammunition where restricted by law
- Counterfeit or infringing branded goods
- Hazardous materials not fit for consumer shipment/meetup
- Sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery
- Accounts, credentials, or personal data of third parties
- Services that are pure financial instruments or unlicensed money services
We may expand this list as risk and law evolve. When unsure, contact support before listing.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Soliciting payment outside Zweka to avoid protection or fees
- Manipulating auctions, fake bids, or shill bidding
- Harassment, hate, or threats
- Scraping, probing, or abusing the API outside permitted use
- Evading bans with new accounts
- Uploading malware or attempting unauthorised access
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, cancel orders, hold payouts, require re-verification, suspend or ban accounts, and preserve evidence for law enforcement. Emergency action may occur without prior notice.
5. Reporting
Use in-app report controls or live support. Payment solicitation reports are treated as urgent.
